From the July 2007 issue of The Christian Science Journal

1. LaMeice Harding tells it straight. A practitioner and teacher of Christian Science from Westlake Village, California, she says, "When we're sincerely committed to learning more about who we are spiritually—rather than being preoccupied with just getting a healing—that dedication assures demonstration." Read her article, "Life—Rich With Promise," page 28.

2. Richard Nenneman has had a lifelong interest in global affairs. He is a member of the New York-based Council on Foreign Relations. He is also the author of a biography of Mary Baker Eddy, Persistent Pilgrim. His article, "A Higher Vision of Government," examines the spiritual foundations of everyone's right to freedom, page 36.

3. According to Christian Science practitioner and teacher Candace du Mars, no one should ever have to tolerate the tyranny of abuse in relationships. Candy writes from her own experience, and she explains what she learned—that the only Mind controlling every situation is the one, divine Mind—in her article, "Always a Way Out," page 38.
