Letters

From the November 2016 issue of The Christian Science Journal

The Bible says, “Whatsoever things are of good report … think on these things” (Philippians 4:8). We are seeking more submissions for the Journal’s “Of Good Report” column. In this column, readers share good news on a variety of subjects. The examples shared include, but are not limited to, healing progress in churches, how Christian Science has made an impact on readers’ families over the years and brought healing, and stories of sharing Christian Science with others. Please see jshonline.com/submit for submission information and write “Of Good Report” in “Author comments” on the submission form.

[“To be what’s most needed,” Scott Preller, August 2016, Journal]

This is a marvelous, perceptive, timely editorial about the need for humility in healing. The Christ is always providing fresh, healing ideas based on the need of the moment, not the successes of the past or conventional wisdom.
