A Consistent Awareness of God's loving presence and His care for all is a sure protection from the fear of crime and from crime itself. Evil thoughts and intents can be proved powerless as we come into agreement with what is already and eternally true of God, as we open our thought, through prayer, to His nearness and omnipotence.

Is The Promise of God's husbanding love true and practical? Can we prove it? We all yearn to feel tenderly loved, nurtured, supported, supplied. That longing can be satisfied for everyone.

Remembrance of good—a healing light

The Seventieth Psalm has this heading: "To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David, to bring to remembrance. " And it advises, "Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.

Not "he says/she says," but GOD says

In his book Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus, John Gray indicates that men and women have such diverse backgrounds—being from different planets and all—that a conversation between a man and a woman can be a "cross-cultural" event. Is Anything More Baffling than we try to say something nice to another—only to have that one take our comment as an insult? It not only hurts us both, but we also have no idea how to prevent it from happening again.

Healing the "incurable"

The Gospel of Mark in the Bible tells of a father whose son was tormented with an illness that was apparently incurable.  See Mark 9:14-29.

I Do Not Claim to be unprejudiced about Mary Baker Eddy, or to view her with cool objectivity. From the moment I began to read about her she fascinated me, and although she and I appeared to have little or nothing in common, she came to command my respect, my admiration, and even my affection.
