GOD GIVES — MAN RECEIVES

Giver of every perfect gift, May I Thy steward be. As I receive Thy golden store, I would increase it more and more, Not hoard it miserly; Freely receiving, gladly share The wealth I have from Thee.

PATIENCE

Patience. The word lies calm and sweet before me, Silencing now all sense of urgency.

PRAYER FOR NEW YEAR'S DAY

"Thou crownest the year with thy goodness," O Lord, May we in our living keep thought in accord With all that is holy, that we may possess The good that is ours through Spirit's largess. May we remain confident, free from all fear, Knowing that good is Thy gift for the year.
