ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MOTHER CHURCH 2005 offered a glimpse of some to the thought behind the activities at The Mother Church. One of the highlights was a "town-hall-style" meeting with the Editor of The Christian Science Monitor, Richard Bergenheim, and other members of the Monitor's staff.
The following is a reprint of an article that originally appeared in the September 10, 1910, issue of the Christian Science Sentinel. Church Founder Mary Baker Eddy called this article "practical and scientific" and recommended a careful study of it to all students of Christian Science.
