Yet Pain is useless,—an abnormal condition, the result of a belief. Joy, and health is the natural, or normal. The fruit of error—sin, is belief in sickness, sorrow, pain. The fruit of science, of wisdom, of Truth, is the reality, joy and health. The purpose of belief in sin and sickness, when it shall have borne its fruit of pain and sorrow, is as "a schoolmaster to lead us to Christ,"—Truth.
