I was sick four years; tried many physicians and remedies, but received no lasting benefit from any of them.
I had so many complaints, will not try to describe them all.
Had a spinal difficulty, and was told by two physicians in Boston, that one side of the third joint from the end of the spine had been broken, probably from a fall I had. I hurt my left hip, and it affected the whole of my left side, from my head to my foot. Could not lie on that side, and had to lie with my head in just such a position. If I did not, I would suffer for hours sometimes, and it would seem as though I should go insane.
