Sunday Stories

From the May 1886 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Several years ago the Rev. Howard N. Brown, of Brookline, read stories to the children, taking up such topics as Star in the East, Temper, Patience, Good and Bad Seed. A volume was soon after published, containing sixteen of these stories; and a new edition has recently been issued, at the low cost of half-a-dollar. Some of the tales are wholly original, while others are based on the parables of Jesus, or some incident of his life.
