I began to study Christian Science about five years ago, when my mother was healed by it after the doctors had decided that nothing more could be done for her. She had been ill for four years from so-called stomach, kidney, and heart troubles. Since her healing we have had many proofs of God's care, but never before have I felt so grateful as I do now for the understanding I have of Christian Science. Recently, what to sense seemed a serious hemorrhage of the bowels, was overcome in a short time, and the sufferer was up in just one hour. Besides this, there have been many proofs of the power of Truth, divine Principle, and Christian Science shows clearly that God is "a very present help in trouble."— Fort Smith, Ark.
