In gratitude to God, to our dear Leader Mrs. Eddy, and to all those who have helped me on the way, I wish to relate my healing through Christian Science. From February to August, in 1911, I suffered from what my doctor called bilious attacks and lost considerable time from business. Our family physician finally decided that these spells came from weak eyes, and glasses were prescribed for me by three physicians, but with no lasting benefit. I was then asked by a friend who had been healed through Christian Science, if I would give it a trial. I decided to do so, went to a practitioner, and was healed in two treatments, discarding my glasses entirely after the second treatment.
My wife also discontinued the use of glasses through the reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. Our children, both under six years of age, have been treated in Christian Science and responded beautifully to the truth. We are certainly grateful for the understanding of the healing power of Truth.— Jersey City, N. J.
