I feel impelled to write my testimony, and trust it may be accepted as one more witness to the truth contained in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. I began the study of Christian Science a few years ago, and I can truthfully say I have been healed of severe headaches and rheumatism with the help of a Scientist. I have come into the light of the truth that makes men free. The more I learn of God, good, the more I want to know. I have also learned that in living and loving healing is realized, and in reflecting divine Love we have the "signs following."
For what I know of Christian Science and for what it has done for me I am truly grateful. I am depending on God alone for health and happiness, and know I will not be disappointed. I am trying each day to live the truth. Words cannot express my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for Christian Science. Only as we endeavor to practise what this religion teaches can we pay our debt to God and to her whom He called to make plain to humanity the life and teachings of Christ Jesus. I am trying to gain the victory over self and to press on to a deeper understanding of the God who is "the same yesterday, and today, and forever."— Charleston, W. Va.
