Testimonies of Healing

It is my desire to say how thankful...

From the July 1919 issue of The Christian Science Journal

It is my desire to say how thankful I am for even a very slight knowledge of Christian Science. I have been healed of a lump on one eyelid, which had resulted from a slight operation, and of serious eye trouble, which necessitated the use of glasses at all times. Both of these healings came without any conscious thought regarding them. Nervous prostration yielded almost at once, though prior to that I had suffered for over a year as a result of the same ailment. Influenza and colds have been overcome in a very short time, and a scald was healed instantaneously. There have been other healings, too numerous to mention.

I am thankful for the physical healing, more so for the moral regeneration which followed, but most of all for a practical, livable religion, one which can be used advantageously in every experience of life. Words are inadequate to express my appreciation of the gentleness, tenderness, patience, and just criticism which I have ever had from practitioners.—
