The years that I have been a student of Christian Science have been the happiest years of my life. Physical disturbances, such as bowel trouble, skin disease, burns, have been overcome by the power of Truth, as also has mental distress, manifesting itself in fear, lack of supply, failure of plans. Christian Science has taught me how to look at all things through loving eyes; and thus I have been able to banish, to a great extent, selfishness and jealousy from my thought.
For these blessings I am grateful to God whom I have found to be a loving Father ever willing to answer intelligent prayer; to Mrs. Eddy, by whom the correct understanding of Him was given to the world; and to those practitioners and friends who never failed to show me where the sunshine was when dark, thick clouds seemed to be everywhere.— Columbus, Nebr.
