Three years ago I was recovering from a broken hip, running sores, and a large tumorous growth, which together had tended to make me rather disagreeable. I had read the Bible all my life with the ordinary understanding of it, and had thought I should have to resign myself to my afflictions, until Christian Science was brought to my notice. I immediately started to study the Bible, together with "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. With the new understanding this brought, and the help of a loving practitioner, every vestige of these diseases disappeared. I am now seventy-five years of age, and enjoying the best of health. The truth contained in the Bible has been revealed to me as never before.
For these demonstrations and many others I am deeply grateful. There is never a day that I do not find the truth, as revealed in Christian Science, an ever present help in everything that I have to do.
