Having been healed through the reading of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, in 1913, I feel I should let my light shine, and therefore am writing the following testimony.
In December, 1912, a friend of mine turned to Christian Science for the healing of cancer of the nose. When I heard of that I foolishly criticized it; but, thank God, when I saw his nose healed, the truth dawned on me that I had not been criticizing Christian Science at all, but what I erroneously thought it was.
At that time I had been under a doctor's care for nine months for gastritis and bronchitis, and had taken his medicine three times a day. I want to do justice to the doctor: he did all he could for me. He relieved me, but did not heal me of the ailments.
