I wish to express gratitude for the many blessings I have received since I first became interested in Christian Science, some sixteen years ago. Through the help of a practitioner I was at that time healed of intestinal indigestion; also of astigmatism, for which I had worn glasses several years. Since then I have been helped in many ways; and I should like especially to mention a healing which took place in 1922. I was away from home at the time, and while riding in an automobile suddenly felt something wrong with my face. All day it seemed to grow worse, and then I found that half of my face was paralyzed. I could not close one of my eyes, and it was very difficult to talk or eat, as my tongue was affected also. This all seemed to make me quite nervous and fearful; and the next day, upon my return home, I went to a practitioner for treatment. She worked for me for three weeks, during which time I continued to improve; and at the end of that time I was completely healed.
For this, and for all the help I have received in Christian Science, I am very grateful. I am also grateful for class instruction; to the loving practitioner; and to all who have helped me in Christian Science.— New York, New York.
