COMMUNICATION

From the February 1928 issue of The Christian Science Journal

233 Pleasant Street
Concord, New Hampshire

To the Directors of The Mother Church, and the
Trustees of the Pleasant View Home
Boston, Massachusetts

Dear Friends:

Out of hearts overflowing with gratitude and love to God for the gift to this age of Christian Science through our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, whose demonstration is to-day redeeming the world, we feel it a joy to send this Thanksgiving greeting to our beloved Directors and Trustees, to assure them of our deep and heartfelt appreciation of their loyalty to Principle and their unselfed labors for mankind.

We are beginning to see something of the wonderful import and opportunity of this Home; the outpouring of the reflection of divine Love throughout the world which has made its establishment possible; and the unlimited scope of its activities, which can be brought into manifestation only as we daily renew our love and loyalty to our Leader by our obedience to her admonition to have one God, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.

To this end we consecrate ourselves anew with the deepest humility, and with gratitude that this great opportunity has been given unto us.

Lovingly,
