I give this testimony desiring to express my full gratitude to the dear practitioner who has shown me the way of Truth through Christian Science. I was in such a wretched condition that I could not do anything, not even take care of my children, who were all of a tender age. I was suffering from tuberculosis and hemorrhages, which caused me much fear, and was constantly in the care of physicians, without experiencing any relief. My children were always sickly, and the third child had crooked legs. In every respect distress was present in the home. I was in this condition when a practitioner spoke to me of Christian Science and showed me the way of Truth, helping me to understand that God alone is my life and that of my children. Two weeks later I resumed my household duties, and three months later I was doing all my work, even the laundry; and my small son was walking perfectly.
I cannot express here my full gratitude to God for all His blessings, and for the understanding of His all-presence, His all-power, His all-science; or to Mrs. Eddy, who has taught us to understand Jesus' words and has so clearly shown us the way of Truth.
