Words cannot express my gratitude for the priceless gift to the world of Christian Science; neither can words describe my sufferings until they were destroyed through absolute dependence on God. It was through the study of the Bible together with our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, that I learned how to depend on Him. Twice I had unsuccessful treatment in the hospital for what the doctors called a malignant fast-growing cancer. When it was said that nothing more could be done, I went home to try Christian Science. The truth soon made me free physically, but I had much changing of thought to do in order to clear my consciousness. I am thankful for the patient, loving work of the practitioners who taught me to know the real from the false. I am certainly a living witness to the works which the Christ, Truth, is doing to-day. Those who know me personally call the healing a miracle.
I am grateful for the many activities of the Christian Science movement. I am also grateful for the spiritual understanding I have gained, for to know God is Life eternal. I send this testimony with a heart full of love to those who may need deliverance from experiences such as those from which Love has delivered me.
