With all my heart I am grateful for the many blessings I have received in Christian Science. Over two years ago I had a severe attack of sciatica, pronounced by doctors to be incurable. With the exception of my hands I could not move a joint. My suffering was so severe that I longed for death to release me. However, through the patient, loving work of a Christian Science practitioner I learned to understand the truth, and to the great surprise of the doctors was completely healed in four months. At the same time I was healed of an abscess under my arm.
From earliest childhood I had suffered every year, from autumn until spring, from severe tonsillitis, also from frequent nosebleed, toothache, cold feet, and an eruption on my face. I also wore glasses for several years. Through the power of Truth these errors and many others vanished. I had also become melancholy, and when others were happy I was all the unhappier. With the help of a patient practitioner I was freed from this condition, too, and have become a happy, contented individual.
