Christian Science has brought so much good into my life that I cannot be sufficiently grateful. When I had read part of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, the improvement in me was observed by my associates before I became aware of it. As I continued to read and study I was given new courage, my health improved, and also my financial condition. Without other help than the study of the Bible and Science and Health, and without direct treatment for the specific ills. I was freed from the desire to smoke and from the need for glasses, after wearing them some fifteen years — and this while I was on work which was very exacting and trying to the eyes. With the aid of a practitioner I was healed of chronic constipation. I am experiencing in Christian Science a constant process of liberation, and through it am realizing the fulfillment of the promise, "I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." It has made available to me the riches of the Bible, which formerly I could not appreciate.
I am grateful for the privilege of living in a time when all who will may enjoy the heritage left by our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, whose organization extends to all, as it did to me, an invitation to come and drink at the fount of unchangeable spiritual truth, to drink of the water of Life. I am grateful also for all who have helped me when I needed help along the way, and for the good that Christian Science has brought and is bringing to me and mine and to all mankind.— Beverly Hills, California.
