I wish to express my gratitude for many proofs of the healing power of Truth in Christian Science. I have been a student of this Science since 1911, at which time I was healed of chronic liver trouble and fainting spells. Also, a black mole which was on one side of my nose disappeared through the reading of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. After realizing that I had been healed of these ailments, I discarded all material remedies, and have since depended entirely on Christian Science.
Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for quick healings of catarrh in the head and nose, influenza, badly sprained foot and ankle, and an attack of numbness in my left side, arm, and face which caused great fear of a stroke. I am also grateful for the healing of a serious illness, when I was almost past talking. I was wonderfully healed of grief after the passing on of my husband. All of these quick healings were accomplished through the consecrated work of practitioners, and have been permanent.
My heart is filled with gratitude to our revered Leader for her patient, loving work for mankind, for membership in The Mother Church, also for membership in a Christian Science Society, and for the privilege of sharing in its activities. — Denver, Colorado.
