The Annual Meeting of The Mother Church, held in the church edifice on Monday afternoon, June 3, was attended by members from far and near. The reports, which were eagerly listened to and much appreciated, bore testimony to the steady progress of the Christian Science movement throughout the world.
The meeting was opened with the singing of Hymn No. 305, "Shepherd, show me how to go," written by our Leader. The retiring President, Dr. John M. Brewer, then read the following passages from the Bible, with correlative passages from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy:
