My gratitude to God for Christian Science has continued daily through a number of years. The healings recorded in my testimony in the Christian Science Sentinel of June 2, 1923, have been permanent. The truth about God and man as revealed in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy has been a constant inspiration, while obedience to the teachings contained in this book has resulted in protection from illness and errors of various types.
For an abiding sense of health and peace I owe much gratitude to the truth contained in our Leader's admonition on page 390 of Science and Health: "Suffer no claim of sin or of sickness to grow upon the thought. Dismiss it with an abiding conviction that it is illegitimate, because you know that God is no more the author of sickness than He is of sin. You have no law of His to support the necessity either of sin or sickness, but you have divine authority for denying that necessity and healing the sick."
I wish to express my gratitude for all the testimonies which have been given in our periodicals in regard to the healing of teeth. Each one has given me renewed courage to apply the truth most diligently to dental troubles for myself and others. The healings have been many. I shall tell of one of my own experiences.
