My gratitude for Christian Science impels me to send my testimony in the hope that it will help others as I have been helped by the many testimonies that I have both read and heard during the last six years.
I have been healed of numerous difficulties, such as grief when parents passed on, burst varicose veins, and colds; and a lost diamond ring was returned.
My husband and I also experienced wonderful protection when a bomb dropped at the back of the house into a field and one fell on four houses opposite, bringing them down to the ground. Our house was badly damaged, but by turning from error and singing and praising God, and knowing, "Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory," we were able to get from our bed without being hurt, although the glass from the window was covering it and the leaded lights were on my pillow.
