A design is a plan, a purpose; and this age has been called anew, through a "still small voice," to consider God's complete and perfect plan for His people. Today the Bible is holding the earnest attention of men and women beyond that of any other period. In all parts of the world they are turning to its pages for guidance and understanding.
In "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 131) Mary Baker Eddy writes, "The central fact of the Bible is the superiority of spiritual over physical power." And on page 330 she says, "God is infinite, the only Life, substance, Spirit, or Soul, the only intelligence of the universe, including man."
It is of God's love for His children that Jeremiah speaks when he says, "Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee."
