I want to express my deep gratitude to Mary Baker Eddy for explaining Christian Science to us in our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."
When my husband suddenly passed on, through my understanding of Christian Science I was conscious of the allness of God and realized that there is no separation in Mind. At the moment of his passing, however, I fainted. I regained consciousness, but I was nauseated for about an hour. Then I asked help of a practitioner. This was about one o'clock at night; I went to bed at two. At six in the morning I got up and dressed, and no one during the day noticed that anything had happened to me.
I had been conscious of a lump in my stomach for many years; but because it gave me no trouble I had never thought much about it. After the night of my husband's passing on, when I touched the place, I could not find the lump. So I came to the conclusion that I had had a diseased condition of the stomach for many years and that when I realized the absolute allness of God, the condition was healed.
