These words from page 174 of "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany" by Mary Baker Eddy express my own heartfelt sentiment.
Christian Science was presented to me over twenty years ago, and since that time it has sustained, protected, and healed me.
Early in my study of this Science my husband and I, together with two members of his family, drove to a neighboring state to spend a week end. The next morning I awoke with a great sense of pain. A woman who was a guest at the same house voiced the opinion that I was suffering from an attack of gallstones and should be taken to a hospital for an operation.
