Elisha demonstrated the spiritual fact that true substance is never used up. A widow experienced proof of this truth by way of a pot that continued to pour out oil until she had filled every available vessel. "Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest."II Kings 4:7;
Christ Jesus knew that even the smallest indication of supply was evidence of unfolding, infinite good. He blessed five loaves of bread and two fish, and five thousand were fed. "And they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments, and of the fishes."Mark 6:43;
What evidence do you have of supply? No matter how small it may be, if you recognize that it points toward infinite Spirit, you are providing for its continuance. You may use it freely for legitimate needs.
