Can a Christian Scientist retire?
If by that we mean, can a Christian Scientist after useful and productive years at home, in an office, at a school, or in another job retire from professional life and find living circumstances that leave him or her less encumbered, the answer is clearly yes.
But can a Christian Scientist retire as a Christian Scientist? Here the answer must be a decided no.
