What an incredible example of progressive living is found in the life of our Master, Christ Jesus. What immense joy and promise he must have brought to those he healed. Each step of his three-year ministry had spiritual purpose, leading to the next step. And though resistance dogged his mission, he never hesitated, knowing he was fulfilling God's law of progress.

His spontaneous feeding of the multitudes, his immediate healing response to those weighed down by stultifying materialism, exhibited a thought fresh with spiritual animation. What could oppose such glorious achievements, such creative living?
