Hope. Easter. Revitalized daily living.

When hopes have been dashed by unfavorable circumstances, we may find our hearts struggling to rise out of a deadened sense of interest in daily living.

Christ Jesus' followers felt that way after his crucifixion. Here was a man who embodied everything good and noble the human heart could possibly yearn for, a man who lived a love that embraced, healed, cleansed, and uplifted all who came within its influence. He had given them new hope. But what of hope now, if the brutal opposition of human arrogance could defeat a man like Jesus?
