Annual Meeting 1993

"The fact remains, that the textbook of Christian Science is transforming the universe" (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 372). This statement by Mary Baker Eddy about her book Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures is central to this year's Annual Meeting and also to activities that will follow. Here are the details:

Monday, June 7

1:30 p.m.—approximately 3:30 p.m. The Annual Meeting in the Extension of The Mother Church. 7:00 p.m.—9:00 p.m. Fruitage Meeting, in the seventeen languages of Science and Health, about the transforming power of the textbook around the world.

Tuesday, June 8

8:30 a.m.—3:30 p.m. Special meetings on Science and Health and its relationship to Sunday Schools, college organizations, lectures, Reading Rooms, and the public practice of Christian Science. 12 noon—4:30 p.m. Open houses hosted by departments at The Mother Church.

There will be a lecture for the Boston community called "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures: A book whose words have changed the world" on Sunday afternoon, June 6, at three o'clock in the Extension of The Mother Church. The lecturer will be Michael B. Thorneloe, a member of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship.
