I am very grateful for the healing power of Christian Science. It has been invaluable to me in raising children, maintaining a loving marriage, solving problems, and living a happy and healthy life.
One healing I'd like to share was a turning point in my dedication to being an active member of both The Mother Church and a branch Church of Christ, Scientist.
Shortly after becoming a member of a branch church for the first time, I was elected clerk. It was lot of work, and I already had a full-time job with a one-hour commute on both ends of the day. But I enjoyed the organizational aspect of the role, and it gave me an overall appreciation of the purpose of branch church government and the strength of church membership.
