A resident of Oklahoma City looks back—and forward

On April 19, 1995 a terrorist truck bomb exploded outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, killing 168 men, women, and children. , who has been in private law practice for over twenty years, was at his law firm about five blocks from the Murrah Building.

On this anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, the Journal asked him to share his thoughts and insights.
