All of the magazines produced by The Christian Science Publishing Society have been honored by judges in their fields. Most recently the Christian Science Sentinel print edition received two 2004 DeRose-Hinkhouse Awards of Merit, one for writing and the other for photography. The radio edition of the magazine won two Awards of Excellence.
In 2003, the Journal won an Award of Merit for its series, "The Herald's first century," which detailed the history of The Herald of Christian Science from its founding through its 100th anniversary.
Both the print and broadcast versions of the Spanish edition of the Herald have won significant awards at the "Fiesta de los Medios" in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 1998, in a ceremony that is the equivalent of American Emmy Awards, the Herald radio program took second place in Religious Radio Programming. In 1999, one issue of the print edition and a radio program won first place awards from the same awarding entity.
