I started wearing glasses in middle school because I was diagnosed with astigmatism. After graduating from college, I took Christian Science class instruction, which gave me a clearer understanding of man as God’s perfect spiritual reflection, and I realized I needed to challenge a limited, material view of eyesight as something that can be lost or distorted.
