Could Reading Rooms ever fail to fulfill divine Love's purpose?
Yes, they could, but only if we allow them to fail. The means to make each Reading Room a success is prayer that can keep us alert to the modes of mortal mind and enable us to challenge them.
Prayer has many dimensions. Pure desire, for example, can be a form of prayer, because desire implies far more than complacent acceptance. To desire something is to long for it.
