Invitation for Progress Reports from the Field A selection of progress reports from the Field is read each year at the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church. Provision for this sharing of good news is made by Mary Baker Eddy in Article XIII, Section 1, of the Manual of The Mother Church.

Notes from the Publishing Society The Board of Trustees announces that Swedish and Greek editions of Mary Baker Eddy: A Centennial Appreciation have been added to the increasing number of translations of this valued book. Renamed Mary Baker Eddy: An Appraisal in each of its translations, it is also available in Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, and Spanish editions.

The Christian Science Textbook Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy is the textbook of Christian Science. It can be ordered from Clem W.

Practitioners Division Announced Establishment of a Practitioners Division within the Department of Branches and Practitioners in Boston, effective October 1, 1968, to promote the progress of the public practice of Christian Science and to maintain the high standards and ethics set forth by Mary Baker Eddy for this work was announced by The Christian Science Board of Directors. Lecture, Sunday School, and Reading Room Workshops Workshop meetings are held weekly in Boston by the Administrative Department of the Board of Lectureship and by the Sunday School and Reading Room Divisions of the Department of Branches and Practitioners of The Mother Church. These meetings convene every Friday (except holidays and then on the preceding Thursday) at ten o'clock, one o'clock, and two thirty o'clock respectively in the vestry of the original edifice of The Mother Church.

The attention of Christian Scientists is called to their duty as citizens to register and to vote, prayerfully seeking divine guidance. We recommend that the above notice, which is being read in The Mother Church services on Wednesdays, be likewise read on Wednesdays in branch churches and societies in the United States up to and including October 30, 1968.

Notes from the Publishing Society The Continuity of the Bible—The Patriarchs by Thomas Linton Leishman, a book containing part of the current series appearing in The Christian Science Journal, is announced by the Board of Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society. The 36 articles that comprise this edition cover the activities of the patriarchs from Noah to Joshua.
