Distribution of tickets for all meetings to be held during the Annual Meeting season will be made on Monday, June 2, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Additional times when tickets for meetings other than the Annual Meeting may be obtained will be listed in a later notice.
Every effort will be made to ensure the largest possible distribution of seats in The Mother Church Extension. It is expected that every visitor will have a seat in the Extension for at least one of the four major meetings.
For each meeting there will be conveniently situated overflow locations equipped with large-screen closed-circuit television. These will enable everyone attending the meeting to hear all that is said and enjoy an excellent view of the proceedings.
