O heart, be lifted up! This Easter morn
The secret of eternal Life is born!
As dawn once broke above Judean hills,
The light of immortality fulfills
The prophecy: For one indeed arose
To live again! With Life and Love unfurled
He brought eternal morning to the world!
He broke the chains of death and showed us all
Beliefs of sin and darkness have to fall.
The years the locusts ate Truth shall restore
Till hate and misery shall be no more!
When mankind truly understands the Word,
They will accept and know the risen Lord.
