Branch church dedications Dedication of a branch church or society is a public affirmation of the significance of Church in the lives of Christian Scientists. Churches and societies often hold a dedication service when the edifice is free of debt.

FROM THE DIRECTORS

The healing purpose of the Church of Christ, Scientist, calls for fidelity to the spiritual design given by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, in the Church Manual. The Manual establishes the individual branch as the primary organizational unit for carrying on the healing mission of the church in the Field, and in the Manual Mrs.

Christian Science Committees on Publication (Appointed pursuant to Article I, Section 6, and Article XXXIII of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mrs. Eddy) Questions that Christian Scientists have regarding their legal rights and obligations should be referred to a Committee on Publication.
