In the early days of our movement, class instruction in Christian Science was considered the most natural step in the world! And of course that's exactly what it still is. New appointments to the Board of Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society We are pleased to announce our approval of recent steps taken by the Board of Trustees of The Christian Science Publishing Society. From 1907 to 1977 the Plainfield group had functioned under the name First Church of Christ, Scientist, Plainfield, as a branch of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts.
