Christian Science impresses upon its students the need to keep always before them the clear vision of their purpose, for only so can they be sure to follow without deviation the pathway that leads right on to their goal. In the fifth chapter of the Gospel of Mark is a very telling story of a certain woman who had spent all that she had on physicians in a long and vain search for help. We read that this woman, "when she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

" Father-mother is the name for Deity, which indicates His tender relationship to His spiritual creation. " So writes Mary Baker Eddy on page 332 , of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" thus stating in one simple but tremendous sentence the nature of God and the nature of man's relationship to Him.
