LAW which is real, invariable, unchangeable, is divine, spiritual. It can always be stated in the singular; for though it may be given many names, as the law of reflection, the law of expression, it is always the law of God, of Spirit; hence, spiritual law.

ON page 371 of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, there is a statement which should quiet the troubled human sense of inability to meet the human need, by showing the sufficiency and presence of divine help. It reads: "The necessity for uplifting the race is father to the fact that Mind can do it.
STANDING near the edifice of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, a gentleman, not a Christian Scientist, was heard to declare: "I always speak of Mrs. Eddy as the Discoverer and Founder of the scientific application of the teachings of Jesus Christ.
AT a time in the world's history when the minds of men were in great agitation, a statesman projected into the arena of thought the word "self-determination. " Many thinkers have wished with great earnestness that the word "self-government" could have been used instead.
THE process of untangling false concepts from our thinking and supplanting them with the truth, must be seen as the fundamental work of each individual; and the vital necessity of its thoroughness must be apprehended, if one is to avoid the discouraging experience of frequently having to go back to correct the mistakes made in superficially applying the law of divine Principle. ON pages 232 and 233 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" Mrs. Eddy writes, "There is neither place nor opportunity in Science for error of any sort.
