The Isotropic View

ACCORDING TO ASTROPHYSICISTS, the universe is isotropic—meaning that no matter which way you view the universe, it's in perfect balance. This is certainly a spectacular example of God's law of harmony, divine Science, in perpetual motion.

Sing a Glad Song

Solo and congregational music are important elements in Christian Science church services, but, surprisingly, they are little discussed in the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy. The Manual's Article XIX, "Music in the Church," consists of a single By-Law, "Soloist and Organist.

MY PARENTS DIVORCED when I was about nine years old. Even before the divorce, my younger sister and I didn't see our dad as often as we hoped because he was a career military officer who had duties all over the world.

Ten Years of Progress
