Not long ago I was praying to discern how in my church work I could best support the true concept of Church. What would best promote the forward thrust of inspiration that enables us to help humanity? Actually I didn't have to look far for the answer I needed at that particular moment.

Legal age indicates an attempt to measure a stage of maturity that should qualify one to make responsible decisions.
