I've wondered at times what ultimate reality looks like. I've pondered what one would see if right before him were placed God's creation of eternal, spiritual perfection.

As eager students of the Bible and the Science of Christ, have we sometimes shared precious inspiration with someone only to have it ignored, disputed, or summarily dismissed? Or have we spoken out of turn—too hastily— without checking sources, facts, or allowing an idea to be confirmed and complete in our understanding before speaking? Perhaps even someone has benefited from our prayerful inspiration but afterward has walked on without acknowledging its effectiveness. As a result of these types of experience we may find ourselves full of self doubt, chagrined, confused, frustrated, angered, or even wary of ever voicing God's Word again.

In her poem "Resolutions for the Day" Mrs. Eddy includes.

The Apostle Paul, Acts tells us, at one time described himself as "a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee. " Acts 23:6.

On my first visit to the Great Barrier Reef, located just off the northeast coast of Australia, I saw all I could fleetingly through the glass bottom of a small tourist boat. This had one effect—I was determined to see more.

Do we sometimes find that we are attaching negative labels to ourselves and others? Perhaps this individual is temperamental, another too young. We may even accept an illness for ourselves or another.

The student of Christian Science learns early in his study the importance of spiritual-mindedness. He prays to heed St.

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. (I John 3:9) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Humility is generally defined as the absence of arrogance or haughtiness. Going deeper, Christian Science shows that humility is an enlightened dependence on God, the cause of all true existence, the source of all real intelligence, ability, and activity.
