How I prayed about red tape

Several years ago I was dealing with a very difficult international financial transaction that required approval by the highest level of a latin American country's government. I was told by bankers, lawyers, and business persons in that country that it was impossible to implement the proposal being considered, and that I should start working on a different solution.
