Exploring in depth what Christian Science is and how it heals.

Crowned by Love (1908-1910)

This is the last article in a series that has focused on the healings brought about by Mary Baker Eddy through her reliance on God. These healings began in her childhood and continued throughout her life.

God's provision and launching out "into the deep"

Simon , James, and John were business partners. Luke's Gospel tells us of an occasion when they had worked hard—all night, in fact—but human skill, talent, experience, and a strong work ethic had not been productive.

Erasing images of disease and strife

We can learn to erase from thought images of disease or injury. This is an important ability, for it heals.

Christmas: revealing our innocence, restoring lost years

Christmas portrays an innocence—a freedom from sin and guilt—that wise men and women, shepherds, and other toilers have yearned for through the ages. Finding such innocence involves a spiritual journey that includes lessons ranging from those derived from the infant son of a virgin to the scientific understanding of infinite goodness.

A church designed for world salvation

Loving to teach the little ones

I have always loved little children. I've appreciated their simplicity, frankness, joy, and unpretentiousness.

Our Features Editor, Kim Shippey, recently interviewed Rich Williamson and Chris Womack about their ministry on the streets of the "tough" neighborhood of Roxbury, Boston. Rich and Chris are cofounders of God's Posse, a group committed to steering young men away from street hustlers and gangs, and, where necessary, drawing them out of daunting home circumstances in which good role models and mentors are as scarce as nights without emergency sirens.

Sharing Science and Health one-to-one

When a book (or anything, for that matter) has had a tremendous impact for good on your life, how natural it is to share it. That's what the letter I'd received from The First Church of Christ, Scientist (every member got it), was all about.
